International Urban Designer with 4–8 years experience

YOUR ROLE

• You will work in a team with one of our associate partners and regularly with one of the partners

• You will mainly work on international projects

• You will liaise with the collaborating parties.

• A Master’s degree in urban design/planning or a Masters degree in architecture with a specialism and/or relevant working experience in urban design

• 4–8 years of relevant work experience

• Given the international focus of this role, proven ability to operate in different cultural contexts.

• A conceptually strong designer with analytical and research skills.

• A strategic thinker ,interested in cities and urban design theories,

• An independent team player

• Experienced on various scales, from strategic planning to detailed urban design

• Skilled in storytelling

• Affinity with architecture and landscape design

• Good communication skills and a strong client-focused approach.

• Excellent skills and knowledge of Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, Vectorworks and/or AutoCAD (2D/3D)

• The ability to speak, write and read English fluently is a must. Knowledge of Dutch, Central- or eastern European languages a plus

• In possession of a valid work permit for the Netherlands.
